SUDDEN ILLNESS
BRITISH FOREIGN SECRETARY NZPA—Copyright Rec. 10 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 25. The Foreign Secretary, Mr Ernest Bevin, was taken ill early yesterday at his official London residence in Carlton Gardens and' his doctor was summoned. It was first thought that he suffered a heart attack, but this was later denied and he has now fully recovered. His plans to leave London on Tuesday for the Colombo conference remain unaltered. His doctor will accompany him.
