I wish you success on this new and glorious road. May the unified, independent, democratic, and peaceful nation live and prosper.” The West German Minister for All German Affairs, Mr Jakob Kaiser, told a press conference that the West German Federal Government would not establish relations with the new East German Government, but would completely ignore its existence. “We do not intend to negotiate with afiy unelected and Communistdominated Government,” he said.
