MEMORIALS
Sir,—As memorials are in the air, may I suggest that the finest memorial foi Dunedin would be an ample supply of water for every man, woman and child, and an ample supply of electricity, giving comfort to everybody. These suggestions should be considered before any others 1 and be acted upon at once, as they are i vital. “ Cleanliness is next to Godliness,” and Dunedin was not particularly clean during the last drought, while Godliness - was nowhere, judging by ' the fiery remarks which were floating through the air! I hope our reserves will remain intact. We have too few of them.—l am, etc., A Dunedin Woman. :
