SOME EXCITING PLAY

BASKETBALL

The Dunedin basketball competition was continued on Saturday. CYM v. Library The game between CYM and Library was fairly evenly contested, with CYM holding a slight advantage throughout. The game was fast and open, with Library handling the ball better. CYM opened the score and succeeded in obtaining a lead of six goals to three by half time. The second half opened with bright interchanges, and scores were added fairly evenly. CYM, however, held the advantage gained in the first spell Mrs V. L. Byers refereed the game.
