MARRIAGE TO INDIAN PRINCE N ZPA —Copyright PARIS. Apl. 7. Rita Hayworth, the Hollywood actress, said to-day that she and Prince Alv Khan, the son of the Aga Khan, will be married as soon as possible. She made the announcement after a Paris judge had granted a divorce to the Prince from his wife, who was the former Mrs Loel Guinness. Neither the Prince nor his wife was present. The judgment was given on the grounds of grave injury by. each party towards the other. Prince Aly Khan was granted the custody of his two sons. Rita Hayworth was formerly married to the actor-producer. Olson Welles.
