CANADIAN SETTLEMENT PLAN ADOPTED LAKE SUCCESS, Rec. 11 p.m. Mar. 28. The Security Council to-night approved the Canadian plan aimed at settling the. Indonesian conflict and the council will instruct the Indonesian Commission to try to bring the Dutch and Indonesians together on two points. First, the restoration of Republic authority in Jogjakarta; and • secondly, the organisation of a roundtable conference at The Hague aimed at creating an independent Indonesian Federation.
