ITALIAN CABINET
ALLOCATION OF MINISTRIES ROME. May 23. President Luigi Einaudi announced the Italian Cabinet, submitted by tha Prime Minister, Signor Alcide de Gasperi. A Ministry of 20 includes 11 Christian Democrats, three Moderate Socialists, two Liberals, two Republicans and two Independents. Signor de Gasperi (Social Democrat) is Prime Minister and Minister for Italian Africa; Signor Picconi (Social Democrat) is Vice-Premier and Deputy Premier; Signor Saragat (Socialist) is also Vice-Premier and Minister of Mercantile Marine; Signor Porzio (Independent) is also VicePremier and Minister in Charge of Southern Italian Affairs; Ccfunt Sforza (Republican) is Minister of Foreign Affairs and Signor Pacciardi (Republican) is Minister of Defence
