Rec. 10 p.m. NEW YORK, Apl. 18. ' Nine thousand slices of fresh bread will be flown from the United States to the American Olympic team every 48 hours during its stay in England this summer. Announcing this to-day, the chairman of the Olympic Committee’s food group, Mr Charles Ornstein, said that, in addition, it was hoped to ship about 30 tons of meat, 2000 gallons of ice cream, half a ton of butter, and 2400 dozen eggs. “Food for the team will be prepared under the supervision of a widely-known American chef. He will be aided by a collegetrained steward,” said Mr Ornstein.
