WOMEN’S CLUB
A vote of thanks was passed at the fir£t meeting of the year of the Gardening Circle of the Women’s Club to Mr and Mrs John Tait and helpers for their work in arranging the North Otago exhibit at the Centennial Flower Show at Dunedin. Mrs Robertson presided. A competition, which took the form of arrangements of autumn leaves and berries, was won by Mrs Blackler, Mrs Hinkley being second and Mrs Thomson third.
