WILLING WORKER
To sell poppies for the Oamaru R.S.A. for 10 consecutive years, nine of which she was convener of the Post Office stall, is the proud record of Mrs R. V. Hall, of Coquet street. During the nine years prior to 1948 Mrs Hall arranged all her own helpers, but this year, because of the strenuous work involved, Mrs Hall felt she could not act as convener, but willingly lent a helping hand in yesterday's sale.
