INFANTILE PARALYSIS
RESTRICTIONS REIMPOSED AUCKLAND DISTRICT P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 23. Because of new cases of infantile paralysis in the Auckland and South Auckland health districts in the week-end, the Minister of Health, Miss Howard, reimposed the restrictions in those areas today. Miss Howard said that the opening dates for the schools there would be reconsidered and the Minister of Education, Mr McCombs, said this evening that a decision would be announced late in the week.
