BOOKMAKERS FINED
WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 8 Three men and a woman pleaded guilty in the Lower Hutt Court to-day to charges of bookmaking. The men— Melville Lancelot Priar, a builder Alfred Ernest Keeble, aged 55, a builder, and Charles Daniel Trangman, aged 40, a carrier—were each fined £75, and the woman, Hannah Lillian Harding, aged 35, a housewife, was fined £lO.
