WHIPPET RACING

MAVORA CUP RACE The Dunedin Whippet Club held a successful meeting on Saturday afternoon. The chief event of the day was the Mavora Cud which was won by the consistent Noble Runt this being his twenty-fourth win to date. Mr W. Timms promising pup Shan carried off a double in winning the Extended Nursery and die Juvenile Handicap. Lucky Pads showed his Christchurch form by coming out to win the Tahuna Open.
