MILTON STOCK SALE
Small entries were forward in all sections at the stock sale at Milton yesterday. but prices were firm for both sheep and cattle. Fat and forward two-tooth wether sold from 32s to 38s 6d and medium wether hoggets 17s 6d. Dairy cows close to profit met keen competition and made from £l2 to £l7; 18month ordinary heifers sold from £5 7s 6d to £6. Young pigs brought from 20s to 265.
