(Special) OAMARU. June 11. There was a larger entry ol store sheep at to-day's Waiareka sale than there has been for many weeks. Yardings in all the other sections were medium Prices realised were; < , „ ’ , Fat Cattle.—Steers, £l4 ss; bullocks and heifers—prime £l2 5s to £l3 2s 6d, medium £l2, light £8 i7s 6d to £9; cows—prime £lO ss, medium £9 15s, lignt £5 18s. ~ . Dairy Cattle—Shorthorn cow. third calver, £2O; Jersey cow, £8 10s. Store Cattle.—Polled Angus calves, £6. Fat Sheep.— Wethers—Extra prime 51s 6d to 52s 3d. prime 43s to 45s 6d, medium 37s 3d to 40s. light 32s 6d to 345; ewesprime 22s 6d to 255, medium 18s to 20s, light 15s to 16s, lambs 26s 6d to 28s. Store Sheep.—Wether lambs, 19s 3d to 20s; forward two-tooth wethers. 31s.
