SIXTY-SIXTH BIRTHDAY MESSAGE FROM CHINA (Rec., 7.15 p.m.) MOSCOW, Dec. 22. Marshal Stalin is 66 years of age to-day. The Soviet press, as is customary, did not comment. Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek sent a message on behalf of the Chinese Government and people, expressing the warmest of wishes for Marshal Stalin's good health and happiness.
