SERVICE APPEALS

1000 CASES TO BE HEARD MEN IN FARMING INDUSTRY Approximately 1000 appeal cases have been set down for hearing by the No. XI Armed Forces Appeal Board before the end' of April. The majority concern category-A men who have been retained in primary industry in the-Dunedin, Oamaru, and Central OtagE districts, and will involve a review of the circumstances of their cases in the light of the needs of the army replacement scheme.
