MINISTER’S ANNOUNCEMENT LEGISLATION NEXT SESSION (P.A.) GISBORNE, Mar. 19. The Minister of Finance, Mr W. Nash, addressing Labour supporters in Gisborne, said the Government would introduce during the next session of Parliament legislation in connection with the Bank of New Zealand and a guaranteed family income. There were a number of problems connected with the latter plan, particularly the means test, Mr Nash added. .
