DEALING WITH GERMANY
Not the least of Hitler’s performances has been to create a vast Government with which his enemies in arms cannot deal except as judge to criminal, states the Chicago Tribune. If the army cannot put forward some fairly clean spokesmen when the time comes the Allies may have to search out what is left in the concentration camps to accept the armistice terms.
