WIDESPREAD RAIDS
FOURTEENTH AIR FORCE RUGBY, Oct. 22.
The Fourteenth Air Force carried out widespread raids west of ths river area on the Kwantung-Kwangsi borders of French Indo-China and Thailand, states General Stilwell’s communique. Enemy troop concentrations, barges, locomotives, and steamers were destroyed. Several villages were left in flames.
