DIVISION OF FRANCE
MILITARY AND INTERIOR FORCES (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 21. Paris radio announced that an agreement has been reached between the French Provisional Government and the Allied Command under which France is being divided into two zones, namely, the eastern or military zone, and the western or interior zone, with the latter, including Paris, under full French control. . . The Times’ Paris correspondent says the dividing line runs roughly from south of Boulogne to the Ardennes, thence south of the Rhone, down to the mouth.
