DISASTER IN OHIO
LIQUID GAS EXPLOSION
FORTY-TWO PEOPLE KILLED (Rec. 8 p.m.) CLEVELAND, Oct. 21. Forty-two are dead and 83 are missing following explosions in,a 6,000,000 dollars liquid gas storage plant. At least 200 were admitted to hospital. Fires following the explosions spread over 50 blocks of the city’s east side making-3600 homeless. Possibly 10,000. families have been evacuated from their homes in the neighbourhood because of tbe danger of other explosions.
