SELECT COMMITTEE APPOINTED (F.0.P.R.) WELLINGTON, Apl. 4. A select committee of 14 members of the House of Representatives was appointed to-day to inquire into and report on all phases of the local government system of thp Dominion, including questions of finance and election and the general structure of the system.
