NORWEGIAN PATRIOTS
DISOBEDIENCE MOVEMENT RUGBY, Feb. 8. News that a mass disobedience movement, which may have farreaching consequences, has been started by Norwegian patriots has reached London. Through the medium of the underground press, patriots have placed an embargo on all civilian guard duty, through which the Germans have been calling on thousands of Norwegians for anti-sabotage patrol work along railway lines and in docks.
