NAVAL CONSTRUCTION
RUGBY, Feb. 7.
The Admiralty states that Mr C. S. Lillicrap has been appointed director of naval construction in succession to Sir Stanley V. Goodall, who is devoting his whole attention to the supervision of warship construction. Mr Lillicrap, who was formerly deputy director of naval construction, becomes principal technical adviser to the Admiralty on the design of warships and other vessels for the British Navy.
