ALLEGED CONSPIRACY
A. CASE IN AMERICA THIRTY PEOPLE INDICTED JEW YORK, Jan. 4. The Federal Grand Jury indicted 28 men and two women who are charged with conspiracy to aid in the establishment of a National Socialist Government in the United States. The indictment alleged that 30 of the defendants conspired with officials of the German Government and leaders of the Nazi Party in the United States, and also in Germany and elsewhere, to commit acts with intent to interfere with and impair the loyalty, morale, and discipline of the military and naval forces.
