OTAGO LAND BOARD
At a meeting of the Otago Land Board yesterday, Mr Stewart A. B. Blakely was granted permission to occupy an area of 140 acres of Crown land, being sections m blocks XII and VIII, Maniototo. Messrs Eric K. Haugh and Ronald Hay were granted permission to occupy 200 acres of Manuwhenua River bed, through blocks VI and part VII. , Messrs John H. Cochrane, W. Warwick, and E. Dincen, in conjunction, were granted the tenancy of approximately 500 acres of land, being islands in the Waitaki River between the Otekaike and Kurow Rivers.
