SUPREME COURT
Mr Justice Kennedy was engaged in the Supreme Court yesterday in hearing legal argument in the action brought T>y a number of . employees against the Oamaru Mall Company, Ltd,, for extra payment amounting to £124 3s 10d. The claim was based on the allegation by the employees that they were employed as linotype operator-mechanics and not solely as linotype operators. His Honor reserved his decision.
