OTUREHUA
Welcome Home Social.—The following men were entertained at a welcome home social:—Privates Alex. Nelson and Warren Marshall, who are on furlough from the Middle East, and Alex. Beck and K. Kemp, both discharged men of 'the 2nd N.Z.E.F. A pleasant evening was spent, and each man received a monetary gift. A few weeks ago the residents of the district met to honour Privates George, Barber and Albert Olson, both of whom had resided in this district for about 12 years. Euchre Evening.—These evenings are being well attended, and £l7 has been collected to date for patriotic funds.
