DUNEDIN COMMUNITY SING
On old-time day will be held at the weekly community sing in the Strand Theatre to-morrow, when the proceeds will be for soldiers’ Christmas parcels, prisoner-of-war parcels, and the Sick and Wounded Fund. A programme of appropriate items has been arranged Miss Bettie Law (contralto), who will appear for the first time at the community sing, will be heard in " There’s a Land " and •* Homeland.” Donations may be sent to Mr J. F Hlmburg, care of Begg’s. A selection of books will be on sale at the stall.
