REHABILITATION COMMITTEE
The first meeting of the local Rehabilitation Commiteee was held yesterday afternoon, there being present the Mayor (Mr J. C. Kirkness), the Minister of Health (Mr A. H. Nordmcyer), and Messrs,, J. Rodman, N. H. Colqulioun, J. Carmichael, Mrs A. A. Mays, and the acting secretary (Mr E. R. Winkel). Mr Nordmeyer, who informed members that meetings of the committees throughout New Zealand would not be open to the press, supplied information on various matters concerning the rehabilitation of returned servicemen which were now receiving the consideration of the Government.
