FURTHER RESTRICTIONS LONDON, Mar. 10. Uniforms and mourning and maternity garments are almost all the clothins now being manufactured in Germany. The Evening Standard diarist says the ban is an acknowledgment that there are now only three phases, in German life—child-bearing, war, and death. The manufacture of cosmetics, perfume, bath salts, and candles has -been banned in Germany.
