ANSWER TO CORRESPONDENT “ Interested.” The Forbury Park summer meeting will be held on January 30, not January 3, as previously stated. Acceptances are due to-day for the Gore Trotting Club’s meeting. Nominations for the Wyndham Juvenile Stakes, of 1944, for present yearlings, are due to-morrow. With the assistance of Suzerain and Erinack, a mile and a-half was travelled by Millisle on Tuesday in 3min 21sec. ■ Lady Scott has been stepping along pleasingly in her work, and should bo at her best' when next seen in public. Horsepower and Lady Milne were responsible for a strong work-out over two miles on Tuesday. They led Royal Romance home. Amongst those being kept up to the collar at Addington are Reception. Worthy Jack, Worthy Need, Nationalist, Jerry Parrish, Royal Surprise, and Suspense. Bluestock is expected to improve on her third to Absolutely and Fancy Goods at Forbury Park. She is a four-year-old by Jack Potts from Cushla d'Or, by Rey de Oro—Macushla, by Nelson Bingen—Ma Belle, by Abbey Bells. Both Bluestock and Coquette shaped well when sent over a mile and a-quartcr on Tuesday. They cut out half a mile in Imin 7sec. a mile in 2min 13sec, and the full distance in 2min 44 3-Sscc. According to the Star-Sun, botli horses should shape well in their engagements at Wellington.
