CITY POLICE COURT
Arising out of an accident involving injury to a cyclist which occurred on the Main South road on the evening of May 3, Stanley Donald Ralston (Mr I. B. Stevenson) appeared before Mr H. J. Dixon, S.M.. in the City Police Court yesterday charged with having negligently driven a motor car, and with failing to report an accident. On the charge of negligent driving, he was fined £3 and on the ether count a fine of £5 was imposed, costs in each case being fixed at 10s.
