PANAMA CANAL DEFENCE
OCEAN-TO-OCEAN HIGHWAY (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) BALBOA, Feb. 7. A new ocean-to-ocean highway has been added to the Panama canal defence system, enabling army machines to travel across in two hours. Part of the route was hacked through tropical jungle.
