SUNK BY TORPEDO
FREIGHTER OFF AMERICAN COAST
(Rec. 7 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 4. It is announced that the freighter San Gil, of 3627 tons, was torpedoed off Maryland. Two lives were lost. Four persons were injured.
