OUTBREAK IN NORWAY REPRISALS EXPECTED 1 STOCKHOLM, Feb. 4. Swedish newspapers report that the waves of fires and bombings in Norway were due to Norwegian resentment pf the installation of Quisling as “ Prime Minister.” A rubber factory at Askim, one of Norway’s largest, was burned down on February 3, as also was a factory at Drammen. A fire started in the National Theatre, Oslo, but was quickly put out. Bombs were thrown at the Parliament Building and University in Oslo, biit little damage was done. Fires are 'reported to have occurred at two railway stations when extra trains were about to leave. A big motor factory at Bergen was burned on February 3. So far none of the perpetrators of the Oslo fires has been discovered. If the investigation is resultless collective reprisals are expected.
