PARLIAMENT
RE-ASSEMBLY TO-DAY SHORT SESSION INDICATED (PA.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 4. Parliament is to reassemble to-mor-row afternoon. The Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, said to-night that he was unable to say definitely how long the House would remain sitting, but the indications pointed to about a week. Mr Fraser added that it was not intended to confine the sittings to daylight hours, as steps had now been taken to screen the windows and the large skylight above the Chamber in the House. If, however, a complete black-out should be ordered during the session the House would necessarily have to adjourn. Mr Fraser also stated that so far as he knew at this stage the only legislation would be a Bill regulating the appointment of Mr Nash as the New Zealand Minister to Washington.
