MEETING OF ASSOCIATION The nonthly meeting of th* Otago Early Settlers’ Association was held yesterday afternoon, when there were.' present: Mr J. W Patton (president, in the chair) Messrs W. H. Ferens, E, Webster, F. A. Cheyne, R. T Stewart. J. Hope, D. J Calder, A E. Selby, Edgar Hazlett, F H Campbell W R. Brugh, J. Dey, «nd W. Paterson (secretary )- One early settler, Thoma. Watt (Dunedin), grandfather Magnet, 1840. • The following gifts were received dur-, ing the month, and votes of thanks were passed to the donors:—Mr D.
