CHOKED WITH TANKS RAILWAY SIDINGS IN SOFIA LONDON, Oct. 8. The Istanbul correspondent of the Associated Press says that two reliable Embassy sources report that from Greece and Bulgaria to Rumania, and presumably to the Russian front, there is a steady flow of light and medium German tanks. The railway sidings in Sofia are choked with the same types of tanks awaiting transport " northwest." It is also reported that German troops stationed in Bulgaria are moving to Rumania by day and night. It is believed that the German losses, particularly tanks, in Russia, have been so heavy that they have, been forced to draw on their reserves of light tanks to replace the* heavier types lost.
