ST. PHILOMENA’S COLLEGE
EX-PUPILS’ ASSOCIATION
The monthly meeting of the Playreading and Musical Circles of St. Philomena’s College Ex-pupils’ Association was held in the college on Monday evening, the following contributing to the musical portion of the programme:—Songs, Miss R. Herhhy; pianoforte solos, Miss M. O’Kane; recitation, Miss P. Finlin; vocal duet, Misses! B. Herlihy and M. O’Connell; pianoforte solos, Miss N. Plank. The second portion of the programme was organised by Mesdames McConnell and Kerr, who conducted novelty competitions in which all present participated. This proved most enjoyable, and a very pleasant evening was concluded with the serving of supper.
