A report that the now defunct Radio Record has received a sum amounting to several thousands of pounds from the Government was referred to in a question of which Mr H. G. Dickie (Opposition, Patea) gave notice in the House of Representatives to-day. ~\. Mr Dickie will ask the Acting Prime Minister (Mr P. Eraser) whether it is true that the Govfim*> ment has paid, or has undertaken to pay to the proprietors of the now defunct Radio Record a sum of several thousands, and if so on what grounds he justifies the transaction.
