THE FAKIR OF IPI
ACTIVITIES RENEWED RAIDING AND SNIPING SIMLA, Aug. 11. (Received Aug. 12, at 1.45 a.m.) The fakir of Ipi reappeared in North Waziristan, where shops were looted, roads mined, and telephone and telegraph wires cut, while there has been extensive raiding and sniping.
