SUNDAY SERVICES

Both services at Knox Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. J. E. Penman. In the evening the subject will be “The Unpurchasable Things of Life.” At First Church to-morrow the Rev. W. Allen Stevely’s subjects will be. in the morning, “ The Golden Lampstand,” and in the evening, “God’s Arm.” At the morning service the music will include the solo “ He Shall Feed His Flock,” and in the evening the duet “ So Thou Liftest Thy Divine Petition," and the anthem “God is a Spirit.” Dr Galway will be at the organ. There will be a prayer meeting for church officers at 10.30 a.m. At the Maori Hill Presbyterian Church the services will be conducted by the Rev. A. C. W. Standage, the subjects being “ God’s Mercy Over All ” and “ The Church and the Modern World.” The Rev. Thomas Miller will be the preacher in St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church for both morning and evening services. His subject in the morning will be “Our Tears in God’s Bottle,” and his subject in the evening will be “Conquest by Confession.” The Hanover Street Baptist Church will celebrate its seventy-sixth anniversary to-morrow. The morning subject will be “ The Church’s Secret. The choir will render “Art Thou Weary? ” and a trio, Communion will be celebrated at the close of the service. In the evening the preacher will be the Rev. F. G. Reddell, of the Sunshine Baptist Church. The choir will present the hymn-study “ Oh, it is Wonderful!” and Miss N. Morland will sing “O, Rest in the Lord.” . . , Divine Worship will be conducted at Trinity Methodist Church, Stuart street, to-morrow morning and evening by the Rev. In the evening the solo “ Within This Holy Temple and the anthem “The Everlasting Strength” will be rendered. At the close of this service the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will be observed. The Rev. C. G.
