You have been an incubus to Plutodemocracies, of which you must be sroud." SITUATION IN SPAIN RETURNING TO NORMAL LONDON, June 5. The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr R. A. Butler, replying to a barrage of questions in the House of Commons with regard to the withdrawal of troops and war materials from Spain, said the situation was rapidly returning to normal.
