GOOD TEMPLARY

The Rescue Lodge, 1.0.G.T., met on Tuesday. Chief Templar Bro. E. Brooks opened the meeting, asking Bro. T. H. Dalton, P.G.C.T., to take the chair for the Anzac Commemoration. Sacred items were given by Sis. J. Leishman (Hope of Caversham) and Sis. Leishman. sen. Bro. T. H. Dalton gave 3 talk on the causes of modern war. The members stood in silence while the roll of honour of members of the lodge who gave their lives in the Great War W The C Star of the South Temple No. 15 also met on Tuesday. P.C.r Sis. B. Marshall presided over a fair attendance of members, Supt. Bro E. Brooks being in charge. One new candidate was initiated. The members stood in silence in memory of the first Anzac Day. The superintendent reported on the recent picnic held at Company’s Bay.
