IMPROVED RELATIONSHIP ' PROSPECTS MUCH BRIGHTER (Per United Press Association) Auckland, Dec. 23. A much better feeling is now in evidence in Ireland towards Britain, stated Mr F. A. Wyatt, a business man, who arrived by the Orford to-day, and who has been in Dublin for more than 40 years. The recent agreement reached between Mr -Chamberlain and Mr de Valera had resulted • in far brighter prospects for both countries than we would have, thought possible 12 irfonths ago. Mr Wyatt added that union between North and South Ireland would come, though not in the lifetime of the present generation. Sentiment was growing towards union in border towns. Places like Londonderry, which was the port for County Donegal, had suffered because of trade and tariff re* strictions.
