Two American boxers are travelling to Australia in the Monterey—Bob Olin (heavy-weight) and Jackie Wilson, the rising coloured feather-weight. Olin won the light-heavy-weight crown when he beat Maxie Rosenbloom, but he lost the title to John Henry Lewis, now a contender for Joe Louis's world heavy-weight championship title. Wilson is stated to be a clever boxer, and he is hoping to meet the top-flight Australian feather-weights.
