SHORT NOTICE TO LEAVE CONFISCATION OF PROPERTY ORDER CAUSES PANIC (Independent Cable Service) (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph— Copyright) WARSAW, Dec. 20. ' Six thousand Jews have t been ordered to leave Danzig before January 4. All Jewish property will be confiscated, and the Jews will be allowed to take out a maximum of 20 dollars. Those who remain or return will be sent to concentration camps. The Jews are in a panic and have decided to send a delegation abroad to seek settlement in British colonies. ALL JEWS LEAVING EMIGRATING TO PALESTINE WARSAW, Dec. 21. (Received Dec. 22, at 1 a.m.) Danzig's 4000 Jews announce that t"hey will emigrate to Palestine early in January. They will leave in four vessels. Whether they have received permission to enter Palestine has not been announced but it is stated that Britain is agreeable to relax the quota. MUST LIQUIDATE BUSINESSES LONDON, Dec. 20. The News Chronicle's Danzig correspondent says the Jews must liquidate their businesses. Herr Hitler will visit the city after the elections. THE REFUGEE FUND (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Dec. 20. Lord Baldwin's refugee fund' totals £172,246. EVACUATION OF REFUGEES THE SCHEME CONSIDERED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Dec. 20. (Received Dec. 21, at 6.30 p.m.) Financial experts representing Britain, France, the United States and Holland on the Intergovernmental Refugee Committee met to consider Dr Schacht's scheme for evacuating Jewish refugees. The meeting decided to obtain the views of other Evian Powers, after which Mr Rublee, the chairman of the Intergovernmental Committee, will visit Berlin early in the New Year to confer with the German Government.

The experts found drawbacks, but expressed the opinion that it formed a basis for discussion.

JEWISH KINEMA IN BERLIN

LONDON, Dec. 21 (Received Dec. 22, at 1 a.m.)

Reuter's Berlin correspondent reports that a Jewish kinema will be opened shortly by permission of the Nazi authorities. It will be managed by the Jewish Cultural Association and will be open to Jews only, the programmes consisting of typically Jewish films.
