Ft was at first stated’ that his condition was alarming, but later it was reported that the Pope had recovered and that his condition was not as serious as was feared. DENIAL FROM THE VATICAN ROME, Dec. 19. Vatican circles deny that the Pope had a heart attack, and say he will celebrate Mass to-morrow, which,is the sixtieth anniversary of his entry into the priesthood. AUDIENCES TO BE HELD VATICAN CITY, Dec. 19. It is understood that the Pope expects to carry out his usual audiences to-morrow. He held no audiences to-day.
